Chief Investment Officer
Charles, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience, notably founding YAK Communications, which he scaled to $100M in revenue and led through a successful Nasdaq IPO and exit. Currently leading the Toronto City Core REIT following a tenure as CIO of PlazaCorp, he is an EY Entrepreneur of the Year recipient with a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar urban real estate and technology transactions.
Bennett Kurtz
Trustee
Bennett Kurtz is principal of Kurtz Financial Group. He has experience in financing public companies and taking private companies public. Bennett has multi-faceted business experience in finance, management, sales, marketing and administrative functions including business analysis, public business unit segmentation, internal and external analytics.
Michael Harari
Trustee
Michael, an award-winning real estate agent with Remax, began his career in 1987 after receiving his real estate license. He’s the top-selling agent in his district and has worked in various real estate sectors, including commercial properties, apartments, and land. He also owns Pro Property Services, which manages residential homes and condos across the GTA. Michael studied Economics at the University of Toronto and York University before pursuing real estate.
